What you need

Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients listed for the sauce. Set aside. 2: In another bowl, add the cubed chicken breast. Lightly salt and pepper. 3: In a wok or pan, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil over medium high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breast. Cook for 5-7 mins or until fully cooked. Set aside in a separate container for later. 4: In the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil over medium high heat. Once hot, add your jalapeños. Cook for 1 min. 5: Add the sliced ginger and minced garlic. Cook for another minute. 6: Add back the cooked chicken and pre-combined sauce to the pan. Combine well and cook for another 1-2 minutes. 7: Top with fresh ground black pepper and serve with rice and Sambal.View original recipe
